Write to support@voraz.app and a person will answer within 5 business days. Tell us your iPhone model, iOS version and what happened. If it’s about a purchase, include the order ID from Apple’s receipt email. Never send your Apple Account password: we never ask for it.
Subscription
Manage or cancel Gym Pro. On your iPhone, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Voraz. Inside Voraz, use Settings › Subscription › Manage Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge. You keep Gym Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
Restore a purchase. On a new iPhone, or after reinstalling, sign in with the same Apple Account and tap Restore Purchases on the subscription screen.
Ask for a refund. Apple handles refunds: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, choose the purchase and request one. We can’t issue refunds ourselves. In Brazil, within 7 days of buying, mention your right of withdrawal under article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code.
Deleting the app doesn’t cancel the subscription. Neither does deleting your account. Cancel it in Subscriptions first.
Your account and data
Move to a new iPhone. Sign in with the same Apple Account. Your plans, templates, workouts and settings come back from your backup. Health data comes back only if Health & Activity backup was on. Meals and their photos live only on the old iPhone.
Turn backups on or off. Settings › Backup has two switches: Program & History, and Health & Activity.
Delete your health data from our servers. Settings › Backup › Health & Activity › Delete health data from our servers.
Delete your account. Settings › Account › Delete Account erases your account and backups from our servers and revokes Voraz’s access to your Apple Account. If the app can’t revoke it, open your iPhone’s Settings › your name › Sign in with Apple › Voraz and choose Stop Using Apple Account.
Export your data. Settings › Export Data saves a file with your plans, workouts, records and body measurements. To get everything our servers hold, email us.

Apple Health and Apple Watch
Voraz isn’t syncing with Apple Health. Open the Health app, tap your picture, then Apps › Voraz, and turn the categories on. Then check Settings › Health › Sync with Apple Health in Voraz.
Heart rate or calories are missing from a workout. They come from Apple Watch, so wear it and have the workout running in Voraz on the watch. Make sure Voraz is allowed to read heart rate and active energy in Health.
Meal scans and AI
Can I use Voraz without the AI features? No. Your program and meal scans run on them, so you agree to them when you create your account. To withdraw that consent, delete your account in Settings › Account › Delete Account.
I hit a limit. AI meal scans, label readings and program builds have a daily limit. The app shows when it resets.
The estimate is off. Use Fix with AI to tell it what’s wrong, or edit the ingredients and grams yourself. Estimates from photos are approximations.
